As a volunteer assistant, I have had the opportunity to learn under the coaching staff. I have been able to handle equipment and other necessary tasks the staff delegates to me. I will have the opportunity to finish out this spring semester learning their systems and skill components that make the program Big Sky Champions.

As a head varsity coach, I was in charge of three teams. I managed 6 coaches underneath me and worked directly with administration to make an organized and successful program. I was in charge of booking travel, ordering equipment and gear, and communicating with students, faculty, parents, and the community. During my time as head coach, I studied high level defensive and offensive systems and implemented them in our program. I worked one on one with our school’s strength coach to form a plan that would lead us to great physical shape from freshman-varsity.
