I manage International Group Operations for PRH ANZ, PRH India and PRH South Africa, with two reports. Additionally a Product Manager for Penguin Press for International Sales.

PRH South Africa, RH India & Penguin IndiaIn 2015 I was promoted to Operations Executive adding the Penguin, Transworld and Children's divisions to my continuing RH responsibilities for the South African and Indian Group Companies within our newly merged structure. As a result I've been involved in streamlining processes across the the divisions' differing systems to improve workflow.

At Waterstones’ flagship store I managed the Art, Design, Architecture, Photography and Biography departments in. In addition to my ongoing role as bookseller I was seconded to train other staff members on our till and database systems.
