I'm a Melbourne-based missional thinker and practitioner, passionate about capacity building, transforming churches, growing and developing leaders, and empowering individuals to live to their full potential. With over 20 years of experience working within ministry, transforming and reinvigorating communities, and creating positive culture change. I am currently leading church planting and revitalization efforts in the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne. We have recently established a new strategic plan to guide these efforts through 2030, aiming to plant 30 churches and revitalize 30 others. Additionally, we are developing a leadership pipeline to support women, men, and our CALD community in stepping into church planting and revitalization work.I completed a Masters of Missional Leadership, focusing on missional revitalization in existing Churches, and am well into a Doctor of Ministry focused on developing innovative missional leaders. I'm passionate about catalyzing change, raising leaders, and engaging all generations in contextualised mission. I've been involved in various missional movements across Australia. I founded Micro Movements, an organization dedicated to multiplying smaller forms of church across Australia and New Zealand, including Micro Churches, Simple Churches, and Missional Communities. Micro Movements supports innovation, pioneering leaders, female leaders, social enterprises, and Kingdom-minded business leaders. I have sinced successfully transferred this organisation to the next generation of leaders. My passions include leadership development, contextualized mission and discipleship, empowering women, and training teams to lead effective incarnational communities.Personal Vision Statement: “Investing in risk-taking leaders to catalyse change in teams and communities towards the mission of God”Values:Authenticity, Courage, Innovation & Change, Learning, Transformation, Local Church, Purpose & Play, Teamwork & Community.

Micro Movements is a non-financial movement of leaders seeking to share learning, collaborate, and encourage other micro church movements to flourish in the Australian church. I provide coaching, consultancy, and thought leadership in micro church network development, leadership, and mixed economy churches who seek to add micro churches to their church ecology.
Exponential is a thought leadership organisation that aims to see multiplication become a primary and widely embraced measure of success in the church. As a leadership acceleration catalyst my role is to work with church and denominational leaders to see leadership development accelerated in their churches and organisations. This role includes the facilitation of learning communities, providing thought leadership around best practice principles and tools, developing leadership pathways and pipelines, and helping organisations implement these solutions. It also includes coordination of events, speaking at events run by Exponential and other organisations, and coaching leaders.
