Excited to be a part of making your memories extra wonderful this holiday season. Setting up at Choctaw/Ranger Stadium, unveiling a winter wonderland 11/22-12/29. I have the privilege to work with the staff of Enchant as we sled into stadium and transform the scene into a holiday haven. I feel like a magical fairy in this role and with a diligent wand I am going to be hiring and working with staffing (let’s call them ‘elves’ ), event services, ice rink monitor, retail and food/beverage shops and more. Also scheduling talent, planning on walking the massive light display at least once a day, and hiring our grand greeters who will scan your passport to ‘Ahhhhh’, it’s a wonderful Christmas!

Responsible for all incoming reservation requests, promotional events on-site and off-site, sponsorships plus bookings for the Retro Arcade, Restaurant/Brewery, and Private event room. Maintain in-house and online calendars with events. Have organized and built on-premise events consisting of interactive games (Trivia, Bingo), tournaments, workshops, bands and activities. Collect proper deposits and pre-payments with completed notations on invoices using Clover POS. Provide clear, detailed quotes, handle all event negotiations, set-up details, communications to supporting departments, menu planning and any needs specific to each unique function. Capture 99% of incoming requests. Support and foster relationships with the neighboring business community, the Chamber of Commerce and work collaboratively with the Event Coordinators.Develop and order own marketing materials. Learned the details behind the offers, allowing for flexibility without compromising profit.
