Represent the United States as Community Health Volunteer working/living in Albania, providing technical assistance, and sharing Albanian culture back home. Under the supervision of the Albanian Ministry of Health, I work closely with the Public Health Directorate in my local municipality to increase awareness of various health issues. This typically involves outreach to local villages and areas with limited access to public health information. Outreach includes teaching lessons in schools, coordinating public awareness campaigns, hosting Trainings-of-Trainers, and working with host country nationals to collect relevant data to monitor and evaluate issues affecting local populations. This is made possible through the collaboration with organizations such as MEDPAK, Red Cross, World Vision, local health centers, and clinics.I also strongly support Albania's ongoing efforts regarding social activism, women's empowerment, youth development, and Gender/LGBT Equity through both advocacy & grassroots efforts. In addition to the above duties, I am also working to help increase access to fitness information and work with locals to increase levels of physical activity across the population.

Coordinate major public fundraising events, manage donor database, manage donor relations, assist with Grant applications, prepare internal Financial Statements, coordinate volunteers, manage Revenue allocations for agency (and more!)

Supervise entire staff of LGBT Community Center, manage public relations, manage donor relations, apply for Grants on behalf of agency, supervise volunteers, manage all day-to-day operations, direct policy and communications, and work closely with Board of Directors on all matters affecting the agency.

Support clients in a mental health rehabilitation setting, develop treatment plans, work with clients to create practical tools for social development, coordinate skills-based learning groups and workshops, supervise relief counselors on duty, review client files, take appropriate progress notes, and refer to next level of care.
