Regional Manager for Rullion IT Plus responsible for contract and permanent divisions in London/South East.

I manage a team of experienced consultants and specialist resourcers in the delivery of technology talent across vertical markets. The key responsibilities of my current role include:- Team Management - Training and Development of staff- Business Development - Managing relationships with Rullion's existing key accounts

My teams reputation is underpinned by our ability to deliver - we utilise innovative and proactive sourcing techniques to attract and secure best in class.

Relocated to London from Manchester at the start of 2008 and played a key role in establishing Rullion's City Office. I was responsible for expanding Rullion's City Client base and managed a team of Consultants to provide contingency and retained Search services across markets. Key areas of focus include IT into Banking, Analytics (SAS/Credit Risk), PMO.
