Interned with the Express claims department with vehicular accidental and weather-related loss claims. I interacted as the first point of contact with insureds, explained coverage, estimated damages, and helped them through the claims process while providing remarkable service. Throughout the internship, I worked with my department team to create a capstone presentation, consisting of ideas to make online operations more efficient for clientele.

EVHybridNoire is a national e-mobility advocacy, non-profit organization and the nation’s largest network of diverse electric vehicle (EV) drivers and enthusiasts. EVHybridNoire’s mission is to advance multimodal EVs and multimodal e-mobility solutions across the U.S. while ensuring those solutions are inclusive and equitable.The first of its kind, EVHybridNoire’s E-Mobility Fellowship Program is a brand-neutral career pipeline program. The program features workshops, sessions, and events with top industry leaders and companies in the e--mobility space, allowing a unique opportunity for industry experts to directly connect with the next generation of e-mobility changemakers and consumers.As an E-Mobility Fellow, I must think critically about the electrification of goods and services and envision how electrification will ripple outwards into the public, private, and community sectors. I am challenged to examine historical and existing inequities, identify barriers, understand the public health impacts and explore multimodal e-mobility solutions. I am thrilled to be a part of the E-mobility Fellowship program, and I look forward to learning more about how we can advance equitable, multimodal e-mobility solutions within electric, connected, shared, and autonomous vehicle technologies.
