As the Co-President of Women Inspiring Leadership (WIL) and the Vice President of Federal Delivery at QTS Data Centers, I am passionate about advancing the mission and vision of both the company and the employee resource group. I have over 15 years of experience in program management, finance, and operations, with a focus on delivering complex and high-impact projects for federal clients across the DOD, DOJ, and Intelligence sectors.In my current role, I lead a team of project and program managers, to support our engineers and technicians in ensuring the successful implementation, execution, and delivery of QTS's data center solutions for the federal market. I also co-chair the WIL group, where I mentor, support, and empower women in leadership roles and aspiring leaders within QTS. I am proud to be an Eagle Club Inductee for 2022, recognizing my outstanding performance and contribution to the company's growth and success. I leverage my analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and industry certifications (PMP and ITIL) to drive excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in every project I manage.
