I have worked my way up in the IT business from tester to programmer; project leader; manager; district manager; Engagement Director to Company owner and Program Manager. Two of my memorable assignments were in the UK. They were both 3 to 6 month assignments that turned into 22 months and 34 months. Upon returning to the United States I worked in Washington D.C. for almost two years, as a Project Manager at the Veterans Administration. From May 2010, I returned to my roots from where I retired in 1998, AT&T. This assignment was as a contractor, serving as a Program/Project Manager. My skills lie predominately in working with teams of people to achieve successful, timely goals. I love to travel and don't mind working anywhere in the country, but don't wish to return to Europe because it is a very long plane flight from home!Specialties: Deployed 8 Radiology and PACS systems in 11 months which added to my over 30 years of telecommunications billing and ordering experience. My key strength is working with teams of people and making tough decisions under pressure.
