- Supporting young people in the job search and taking their first steps in the labor market. Taking on various HR projects as a part of the People & Culture team at a dynamic scale-up in Amsterdam. - Employer branding: For ParkBee to continue its rapid growth and scale further, it is important to be able to attract senior talent with real estate experience. We developed and executed a new employer branding strategy that was aimed to move away from the "start-up look" and position the company as an ambitious and innovative scale-up with great potential. I was responsible for a complete overhaul of the career site and all the content presented there. Furthermore, we changed the perks & benefits structure, based on both internal and external interviews. - Recruitment: Writing job descriptions and post them on relevant channels, reviewing applications, conducting interviews and phone screens, development and execution of skill assessments, preparing contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees. - Performance reviews: Changing the structure of performance reviews from biannual reviews to a continuous 360 feedback cycles and frequent performance talks with managers. Increasing the emphasis on development plans and ensuring that all employees are growing with the company. Experimenting with different review tools to find the best option for the company‘s needs. - Implementing the company values more strongly into existing HR processes (e.g. in recruitment and performance reviews). - Planning and implementing a new employee referral program. - Organizing company events. - Other HR-related and administrative tasks.

Responsible for preparing breakfast & lunch for approximately 600 employees, preparing meeting & conference rooms, and maintaining break areas. Worked in a team of 6-7 people under direct supervision of the Head Chef.
