Goal of the program: Optimize the world wide catering supply chain to support the challenges of the catering product vision (customer journey). (Spend > 250 million, 60 distribution points, > 50 suppliers )Responsible for:- Design the vision on the logistical footprint, supply chain control organization and ICT architecture- Stakeholder and portfolio management on director/SVP/EVP level for the developed vision- Develop and maintain the implementation roadmap- Motivate and coach teammembers (10 fte)

Supporting Agile/Safe transformation in a distributed agile environment.
