I was assigned to the project as a subject matter expert on AR & AP to identify and assist with changes required in these areas to meet the project objectives. I collaborated with SAP functional, technical consultants, business analysts and business users. I coordinated and participated in user acceptable testing, provided training & completing presentations on the process and system changes. As a sub project of the main project, I successfully coordinated the movement of a dozen of Fonterra's Asia Brands businesses to a new export sales model. This included the setup of several hundred products, vendor and customer records into two ERP system, training of supply chain, procurement, sales and finance staff on the new process & system. It required extensive consultation with tax, product compliance and master data experts to ensure products were correctly recorded to meet business and legal requirements.
