Client Profitability Project for a Global Investment Bank• Participated in the second phase of the project which aims to help the client attribute their operation costs to a client level to allow for a better pricing strategy and customer segmentation• Initiated to create and update a weekly status tracker for financials to maintain an organized high-level view of which projects still required informationPre-Implementation of a Core Banking System for a Local Hong Kong Bank • Engaged in the early stages of Phase II to help the client with the decision of which vendor to choose to implement a new core banking system into the bank • Assisted the project manager with PMO-related deliverables, including onboarding procedures for the EY team and SharePoint set-up• Developed IT knowledge by helping the technical requirements team research on vendors who provide analytics and integration systems, as well as, working on the IT architecture framework for the client• Represented the EY team by sitting in functional requirements and sourcing teams’ workshops with the client

Cross-Border Activities Guidelines for a Global Bank • Actively participated in the project involving cross-border activities guidelines in 56 countries • Applied the revised global template to the 56 countries’ guidelines as a result of the de-scoping of corporate banking in the guidelines• Acquired new skills in the SharePoint Designer Program through researching of how to create a website (homepage and document libraries) for travel reports • Interacted with the client in Singapore and EY offices in New York and London through conference calls and emails at the client site to carry out deliverables
