With over 18 years of experience in the defense and personnel security investigations and assumption of temporary leadership roles. I love working on challenging and rewarding projects. I thrive in a high-energy work environment while supporting complex projects and adapting quickly to change. Some of my additional achievements external to DCSA include the development of a community intensive leadership programs, life coaching, and creating an interview summit resulting in over 3,000 subscribers in support of a community of women during uncertain times developed the Courageous Woman Program. I hold a degree in Criminal Justice which provided me the skills and knowledge to navigate the complex and dynamic environment of national security. As a natural emotional intelligent leader I thrive on developing individuals and teams. My goal is to contribute to the vision of DCSA and create transformative change and deliver results that are measurable. I am passionate about fostering a coaching culture, innovation, collaboration and excellence within DCSA. I have a passion for supporting the development of employees with administering assessments, development programs, and developing their skills by bringing awareness to their current knowledge and asses what other developmental qualities they can add to their tool kit so they can be more effective in their roles as a leader in support of their teams.
