As the Director of Women's Ministry, I choose, facilitate and lead two large group women's Bible studies held on a weekly basis. In this capacity, I call women into leadership positions and help train them to be 'disciple-making-disciples;' utilizing their gifts within and without the church walls, and guiding them as they lead their small groups within the larger body of women at our church. I head up a prayerfully selected Women's Leadership Team who, in turn, help to implement our vision for our women's ministry.I also take the lead in developing and implementing our annual Christmas Women's Dessert and Winter Retreat, serving as the featured speaker, and recruiting volunteers to bring it to fruition. I participate in weekly worship services, weekly staff meetings, and counseling/mentoring women as the needs arise.
