Reality Garage's mission is to create and promote XR experiences (virtual/augmented/mixed reality) to make the real world better. We use XR as a tool to protect wildlife and strengthen conservation efforts around the world and apply the technology as a complement to traditional mental health therapies as well as neurorehabilitation for SCI and TBI patients.

Community Fruit Rescue is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to harvesting and distributing the surplus urban fruit growing throughout Boulder, Colorado.

Using CBT and family systems as a foundation, emphasis was couples counseling, grief counseling with families and teens, and helping individuals with anxiety.

Completed 2 year Fellowship working with Dr. JoEllen Patterson, Director of graduate studies MFT program at USD. Practicum was at VASD/UCSD Psychology Internship Training Program. Focus was at UCSD Marriage Clinic working with veterans in Dr. Gary Birchler's nationally known marriage clinic, as well as at San Diego VA hospital focusing on couple therapy and running groups for post suicidal inpatients using a collaborative mental health/physical health model.

Worked in several roles from calibrating analyzers, to product management. Traveled internationally in remote areas of the world in systems analyst, and technical sales role. GammaMetrics developed and sold analyzers that utilized Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis (PGNAA) technology for use in the coal and cement industry. As the material passes through the tunnel of the analyzer, it is bombarded with neutrons from radioactive isotopes. The neutrons are captured by the atoms of the material and produce a secondary reaction in the form of gamma rays. This secondary gamma ray spectrum is de-compiled and analyzed to produce the composite elemental analysis of the material.

Summer Job from high school through college. Initially hired as a glassware washer and stockroom inventory clerk. Quickly moved up to adding more responsibilities, including calculating mathematical formulas for R&D and conducting chemical experiments and working alongside senior scientists. Founded in 1974, Catalytica Associates started as a consulting company and multi-client studies publisher that expanded over 26 years into Catalytica, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed (CTAL), world-renowned catalysis R&D center and technology commercialization venture.
