Building a good strong team is the most important thing a business can do. I have been a part of Medical billing for 35 years and have watched the transition that it has made from paper claims to electronic. From ICD9 to ICD10. I have done several types of billing from DME, Orthopedics, Home Healthcare, Physical Therapy and have learned something new from each position that I have held. I am a A/R Guru and have recovered millions of lost revenue. I love building a good strong team and making sure that each member of that team feels important and are given the tools to their job.
