• Place calls to close contacts of persons with a positive Covid 19 case.• Provide quarantine guidance along with answering any questions pertaining to this new virus.• Encourage the close contact to participate in the SARA ALERT system and advise on the purpose of the alert. • Empathetic engagement with the close contact while remaining professional and providing all pertinent information•Strict adherence to HIPPA privacy rules and ensuring company policies are followed.
