The Contact Tracing Initiative is a collaboration between the New York Department of Health (DOH), Bloomberg Philanthropies, New York’s regional and local health departments, Public Consulting Group (PCG), Staffing Solutions Organization (SSO) and many other partners. The contact tracer is responsible for reaching out to people (contacts) who have been exposedto COVID-19 and providing health education and guidance to interrupt ongoing disease transmission. Dialogue with contacts will be guided by standard protocols to obtain any symptom history and other relevant health information, provide instructions for self-quarantine, and make appropriate referrals to testing, clinical services, and other essential support services. Special Assignments:Mock Interview Team (Summer 2021): Coordinate and engage contact tracers and case investigators in mock interviews to support quality assurance efforts.Surge Case Interviewer (December 2021 - February 2022): Support the initiative's efforts to reach, interview, and support individuals who tested positive for Covid-19 during a statewide infection surge.

Corporate English Trainers provide customized English training via the telephone and Internet to learners located in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Russia, China, and elsewhere. The CET customizes lessons to help learners reach their stated learning objectives. Training may require specialized knowledge for working with learners in certain business sectors. In addition to CET responsibilities, my training and standards responsibilities require me to consider how factors such as learning, motivation, culture, work environment, group interaction, communication, and management come together to influence individual and organizational performance. This affects the development and design of learning paths for internal trainers as well as evaluation of trainer performance.
