Responsibilities• Participate in case consultations with JCP attorneys and paralegals.• Identify, refer, and connect clients to needed housing, mental health, and coach parenting services.• Represent the JCP office and assist clients at inter-agency meetings related to cases.• Accompany clients to retrieve records (medical, treatment, school, police reports, etc.).• Connect with clients to check the status of court ordered services, visitation changes, referrals, etc.• Attend court hearings to support clients when requested by the attorney assigned to the case.• Track, document, and report on contacts with and progress of clients.• Assist with new client Intake Orientation.
