Myne Start was originally built to introduce inexperienced personnel into the underground coal mining industry however it has evolved to all aspects of underground training. • Facilitated inception, development, procurement, construction of project works.• Manage, motivate, mentor and develop training staff so that the project is able to retain key employees for clients• Assist clients to identify competency requirements and establish a training plan to address training requirements• Assist in the preparation of short and long term training programs and monitor performance against them• Manage assessment, reassessment and refresher training • Liaise with and advise management on the requirements of skill and experience required for site• Manage the coordination, development, implementation and revision of courses and training systems• Meeting client expectations at all times "What the client wants, the client gets"• Research client needs and deliver to expectation and beyond• Oversaw construction sites, construction teams and subcontractors, • Administered contracts; procurement, and purchasing; acted as authorised financial delegate.• Utilised project management and word processing applications to facilitate project communication, critical path analysis and task scheduling. -
