Develop strategic PR plans, projects and events that deliver on business goals and generate national, regional and local coverage of Disney vacation destinations. Manage end-to-end PR activities such as press events, media visits, asset creation, budgets and post-activity analytics. Maintain and build relationships with general assignment, trade, meetings, events and third-party media. Generate creative story ideas and materials to drive positive coverage for Walt Disney World Resort and other Disney destinations. Work closely with Public Affairs, Communications, Marketing, Operations, Legal and other stakeholders to support and uphold the Disney brand.

Write executive speeches for senior-level leaders and provide on-site support at travel trade events and conferences. Develop key messages, FAQ, internal and external communications on global sales and marketing initiatives for Disney Destinations. Develop video scripts to showcase new attractions and entertainment, dining plans, ticket options, resort hotel benefits, cruise itineraries and more for domestic and international trade, consumer and niche audiences.

Responsible for a variety of marketing communications, events and training supporting Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Adventures by Disney and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. Research and write executive speeches, video scripts and e-communications. Serve as live site TV producer for a variety of Disney press events.

Perform data compilation and reports for Walt Disney World Research team. Generate guest satisfaction ratings reports and serve as quality control specialist for coding team.

Produce daily newscast for top-rated ABC affiliate. Manage all aspects of show including writing, story selection, interviews, graphics and satellite reports. Supervise staff working on show including anchors, reporters and editors.
