With over twenty years of experience in health information technology and compliance, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role at Drummond Group. Prior to this, I spent 17 years with a major EHR vendor, where I held key roles in Marketing, Health IT Policy and Compliance, Product Development, and Strategic Product Management. In the early stages of my career, I served as a Product Owner and Supervisor, leading software design and development teams to create the vendor’s web-based platform and implement agile development principles. My leadership in strategic planning, marketing, product knowledge, and Health IT Policy and Compliance played a crucial role in the successful development and launch of the EHR’s web-based physician and nursing products.As a Sr. Supervisor of Health IT Policy and Compliance, I managed a team that ensured the EHR’s platforms met Meaningful Use requirements, working closely with cross-divisional teams and executive leadership on testing and certification compliance. Later, as a Strategic Product Manager of Interoperability, I led and launched groundbreaking projects such as the EHR's first FHIR Sandbox and FHIR API Use Cases, facilitating informed decisions on Interoperability solutions and go-to-market strategies.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management from Providence College and am dedicated to advancing health IT solutions, enhancing compliance, and driving innovation in healthcare technology.
