About Brendan Dive

Most recently I am the Operations Manager for Infrastructure Renewal Services (IRS), a civil engineering and construction firm specialising in providing innovative solutions for all pipeline and culvert rehabilitation by extending the life of existing assets and infrastructure. In this role I provide leadership of IRS's business, overseeing all aspects from business development, recruitment and project delivery.I’ve always been passionate about my work and I’m a firm believer in working hard to provide the best possible outcome for both my clients and employer at all times. Whilst I enjoy most aspects of my job, the most enjoyable is assisting in the development of other members of my team. I’ve always enjoyed working in a collaborative team environment so enjoying success together is the fun part.I have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Western Sydney along with 21 years’ experience in the civil construction and project management space.I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers or forming new interesting relationships, so feel free to contact me should you wish to connect.
