Delivering strategic solutions and leadership to the complex challenge of operationally deploying the DoD's Enterprise Mission Partner Environment (MPE), known as SABRE (Secret and Below Releasable Environment). Responsibilities include:- Unifying efforts across an intricate web of stakeholders, teams, and IT systems to deliver the SABRE Cloud to Initial Operating Capability (IOC).- Providing guidance to Government customers on navigating the challenges of obtaining approvals for the emerging technologies that make up this Cloud-based, Zero Trust Information Domain.- Coordinating with key foreign allies to ensure interoperability of the global MPE.- Strategic communications with Combatant Command leadership regarding status and impacts of SABRE development.

CPE is an entirely new Information Domain at the forefront of the Department of Defense's Mission Partner information sharing modernization effort, and is leading the way on data-centric security and Zero Trust Architecture. CPE is the DoD’s first information domain and is the pathfinder for CJADC2’s MPE line of effort. CPE Initial Operating Capability (IOC) was delivered ON TIME in January 2022 (this IOC target date was set nearly two years prior). Currently focused on overcoming policy and bureaucratic hurdles to move the DoD's IT space into the modern era.Responsibilities include:- Management of a five-year budget of over $45M- Lead cross-Directorate and cross-functional activities to fully operationalize CPE - Utilize Agile principles and MS 365 capabilities (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, ADO, etc.) to coordinate and manage deliverables- Obtain support from Generals/Executives down to tactical users, both US and International, through presentations, demonstrations, and other forms of strategic messaging- Guidance for CPE Project Managers and engineers- Represent CPE at conferences at various locales around the world
