With a passion for building relationships and driving growth, I work closely with our regional leaders, speakers, researchers, and members to develop and execute initiatives that advance the field of HR M&A.

Support all operating components of the roundtable to provide engaging, hands-on learning for HR M&A professionals. I manage 9 regions globally and an annual conference to provide cutting-edge HR M&A information and training to practitioners.

As a culture assessment intern at the HR M&A Roundtable, I am passionate about helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people and their cultures. With a background in organizational psychology and a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions, I bring a unique perspective to my work that combines a deep understanding of human behavior with an appreciation for the complex dynamics of corporate transactions. During the internship, I worked toward publishing a culture assessment that has been piloted in a couple of large organizations.
