As a coach, I work with people transitioning to new roles and responsibilities. Together, we work on solutions to the challenges of managing people, managing self and the work-life blend. I think both creatively and systematically and I enable my clients to do the same. As a trainer and facilitator, I work with groups to rapidly increase their skills. The Rise Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation assisting families who have a member in addiction. 1-1 counselling and family therapy sessions are among the services offered.

As a service manager with the Dublin Simon Community I created and led a range of teams working in highly challenging settings. I have been an internal trainer on a number of topics and have contributed to the operational and strategic direction of the organisation. Working in the homeless sector has allowed me to build great resilience and to understand how to approach complex and systemic issues in a variety of ways.
