Recent roles have involved business transformation projects/programmes in the social housing and care sector including: - No Homeless Veterans Roadmap research and improvement projects at Riverside.- Review and development of programme delivery capability at Social Care Wales. - Refurbishment, accommodation review, agile working and repairs service restructure programmes at Newport City Homes. Contributed to local charitable groups/community development programmes and activities as a Trustee at Trinity Childcare & Family Centre, Aberfan:- Wellbeing & Health in Ynysowen (WHY) project focused on tackling loneliness, isolation and wellbeing priorities, founder of The Talky Walky Kicky Club. - Chaired the Data Sub-Group for the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership: Population Needs and Wellbeing Assessment projects. Consultant to the Association for Project Management (APM) including: - Led the implementation of the Registered Project Professional (RPP) designation as Lead Verifier and Assessor. - Former Chair of the APM Education Network Advisory Group (ENAG). - Chief Examiner for the APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) from inception to June 2018.Chartered Project Professional, Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional and former committee member of the British Computer Society (BCS) Project Management Specialist Group (PROMS-G) including social/media communications and coordination roles. Contract/hourly paid teaching/supervision roles on postgraduate courses at South Wales, London Metropolitan, Salford and Ravensbourne universities. External examiner roles at Robert Gordon, De Montfort, Chester and Kingston universities.
