I have sung in many projects both professionally and amateur throughout my life. I provided lead vocals for a five piece covers band based in the South Wales area for around 8 years covering rock and party hits from across the decades. I have taken lead roles in musicals, the most recent being playing Crystal in Little Shop of Horrors. I particularly enjoy supporting charity events and family fun days by providing the entertainment.

Following the end of my training secondment I returned to my role in the adults team.I supported a caseload of individuals to reduce their harm from substance misuse or alcohol.I provide Naloxone to individuals at risk of opiate overdose and can test a person for HIV and Hepatitis with a dry blood spot test.I still provide and develop new training programmes to up skill the staff and provide information to external agencies.

I provide harm reduction to injecting drug users in Swansea, offering not only clean equipment but advice and support. I also believe strongly in promoting hep B vaccines and Naloxone training. As of recent I have started training professions from external agencies. I train in Blood Borne Viruses(a brief introduction to), Naloxone Train the trainer sessions and Safer Injection Training. I was responsible for the support and monitoring of opiate dependent patients receiving substitute medication (methadone or subutex).

Supported the Needle Exchange co-ordinator in providing a needle exchange service to injecting drug users. Also worked closely with local pharmacies providing a needle exchange service.
