I am the New England Account Manager, Client Success, for Bloomberg BNA.In my role, I strive to develop close relationships with our clients in order to ensure that we are building partnerships that drive client success and produce products that effectively address their changing needs. In order to achieve this goal, I meet with key leaders and clients within my firms, companies and organizations in order to develop high level partnerships. I provide technical training for my clients in order to keep them up-to-date on recent analytical and business development tool enhancements to Bloomberg Law and Bloomberg BNA's portfolio of technology platforms. Finally, I obtain invaluable feedback from my clients and use this feedback to better tailor our product development strategy to fit their needs.Previously I served as the Senior Manager, International Enterprise Initiative for the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, a public economic development agency supporting innovation in Massachusetts where I oversaw management and led responsibility for all of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative’s international business development activities including, strategic partnering with businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups Before joining the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, I was the Chief Legal Counsel and Research Director for the Joint Committee on Revenue at the Massachusetts House of Representatives. In this dual role, I advised the House Chair on legal and legislative matters pending before the Committee, co-authored revenue and economic development legislation, and communicated with various stakeholders in crafting Massachusetts tax and economic development policy. I have co-authored landmark legislation restructuring the state’s corporate tax code and the $1 billion life sciences act.
