I have 22 years of architectural experience along with a strong knowledge of construction Administration. Areas I have worked in are education K thru 12, Higher Education,Institutional, Multi-use residential, Commercial, Retail, Residential and Historic Preservation.My experience allows me to take a project “turn key” from design development to completionof construction and opening the doors to the public. My background also includes numerousstate rehabilitation projects including but not limited to window replacement, amenityupgrades and roof replacements. These projects required me to be on-site twice a week: Onefor a project meeting and one for a field report. One of my strongest skills is the ability to turnaround shop drawings; RFI’s and change orders quickly so the construction process does not getdelayed.My skills include an advanced knowledge of AutoCAD with 20 years experience, Knowledge ofMicrosoft project, 3d studio and Microsoft Office. I have strong organizational skills which haveallowed me to be involved in CAD committees at multiple firms along with managing thelibrary.I have a high confidence level in detailing. The experience I have and the knowledge I haveobtained allows me to understand how a building goes together from the ground up.I have previously worked at companies that had in house engineers which allowed me to workhands on with the engineer in a one on one personal experience. That experience provided mewith competence of coordinating between the trades.I have the problem solving skills to make decisions on the fly in the field. My strongcommunication skills and positive attitude help to with clients whether the client is anindividual or a committee.
