Leading a team of geographically dispersed, highly skilled solutions consultants, Brendan is responsible for Work Take On in the Federal Region. My role as Senior Manager at Fujitsu has had many flavours such as Senior Manger ICT Operations, Solutions Architect and Operations Manager are specific roles assigned, however the common theme is providing leadership and oversight to direct and indirect reports, managing performance, outcomes and expectations of both staff and the customer, as well as provide a conduit between the customer and Fujitsu. Lead level 2 resolution team for a government department. Focused on support of netapp mass storage and Symantec netbackup administration.

Level 2 resolver for Incidents, Changes and Problems for Government department. Role involved shift rotation, subject matter expertise and automation capabilities in windows based technologies and infrastructure.

Brendan completed his Apprenticeship in Graphic Pre-Press at Sinnott Bros and rapidly progressed into the IT department. During this time, SBM provided all necessary training for Brendan's MCSE 2003 and CCNA certifications.
