Achievements• Successfully provided 3 Clubs with subsidises to run Quick Stix’s (Introduction to Lacrosse 5-12yr old) programs.• Partnered with Western Bulldogs Community Foundation to promote Lacrosse through 4 Western English Language Schools with 120 participants • Collaborated with Western Bulldogs Community Foundation to promote, develop and execute a Gala Day with over 60 students participating • Developed a recruitment and promotion campaign for next season named “Grab a Stick, Join a Club” month. • Instrumental in rolling out child safety standards to 16 clubs and partnering with VicSport and Gymnastics Victoria. • Successfully developed a Quick Stix’s promotional Strategy to create interest in the sport. • Developed recruitment strategy in conjunction with Wyndham Lacrosse Club to build and leverage on a relationship with local schools to run Lacrosse Promotional sessions as a result over 30 children attended their ‘Wyndham Lacrosse Club Come & Try session’ Key Deliverables • Engage and support Clubs with tools to recruit new players, members and volunteers to Lacrosse. • Develop an understanding of how Clubs recruit and what their individual needs are to grow and move forward. • Provide clubs with a whole range of grants and letters of support for proposals and ongoing funding. • Engage Local MPs to support and lobby on behalf of Lacrosse Clubs in Victoria.

Achievements • Delivered a SACA School Roadshow promotion of 20 schools in the region with over 5,000 participants in the promotional clinics and resulting in a pathway of over 1500 participants in In2Cricket Mini and Blast programs • Established 10 new In2Cricket/T20 Blast Programs and maintained 30 in2Cricket/T20Blast programs with 500 participants. • Collaborated with local schools and clubs to support the delivery of 30 In2Cricket/T20Blast programs across the region; personally delivering flyers and promotional items to every school in the region and visiting each program twice ensuring clubs and schools had required equipment and resources and also networking to ensure to longevity and innovation of the program. • Upskilled 20 Coaches at Community Coaching Course. • Supported 7 Clubs in attaining funding of $30,000 for improvement of facilities. Key Deliverables • Coordinate 4 cricket associations with 38 associated clubs, 120 junior and senior cricket teams, 30 In2Cricket/T20Blast programs, and roll out of Cricket Australia Junior formats in the Mt Gambier Cricket Association within the South East Country Region.• Built, maintained and leveraged relationships with key local stakeholders. • Maximised the uptake of entry level programs and other formats for schools, clubs & associations. • Worked with local clubs and associations to identify and resolve logistical and other issues. impacting the effective operation of local cricket and maximise sustainability • Provided leadership, management and training for paid workforce and volunteers. • Promotion of Cricket, through a variety of social media platforms and printed press.

Whilst completing a Diploma of Community Services Work and Community Development at Victoria University, I worked part time at Black Truffle Catering. During this time I: - Manage and schedule team of drivers and waiters to ensure professional and on-time delivery of food and beverages including:- Prepare customer quotations and provide advice on the selection of products for a range of services from once off deliveries to regular ongoing function requirements - Provide high level customer service including processing customer orders, organising functions, processing payments and post service follow up using phone, email and face-to-face communication methods - Liaison between office, kitchen and delivery team to ensure smooth full turnkey service for clients

- Increased participation and membership within the sport of bowls across the western country Victoria region.- Provided support to Clubs with business planning, member recruitment, retention, governance, funding, programs, information technology and volunteer strategies. - Implemented whole-of-sport programs delivered at Club level. - Increased the number and quality of coaches and officials.- Maintained local membership and participation data.

- Promoted and developed cricket programs, including the in2cricket and Kanga 8 programs for schools in the northern region of Victoria.- Established Kanga 8 carnivals in Bundoora and Northcote, involving 300 participants. - Provided coaching workshops, and managed promotional clinics in schools. - Collaborated with the North Metro Cricket Association to promote the in2cricket and coach education programs to stakeholders. - Managed all programs within agreed financial parameters and support Regional Cricket Manager in developing and reaching KPIs of participation in the North and North East Metropolitan Region.

Peak body for South Australian cricket, promoting all aspects of the sport, and providing avenues to play. Coordinated two cricket associations with 24 associated clubs, 105 junior and senior cricket teams, 26 in2cricket programs, and 30 school cricket teams within the southern region. Promoted and developed all forms of cricket in the great southern and southern areas of South Australia. Developed the Southern and Great Southern Associations from five in2cricket centers to 26.

Peak body for Western Australian cricket incorporating 8 associations, 45 clubs, and 60 combined junior and senior teams. Promoted development and enjoyment of cricket in the Wheatbelt/ Midlands region via media opportunities. Increased the number of in2cricket centres from three to 18, with 300 participants. Initiated and managed numerous far-reaching sporting programs. Recruited a successor from the region who has taken the role to a new level.

 Developed and promoted cricket to culturally and linguistic diverse, indigenous, and disabled populations across Victoria. Proactively developed relationships with the Western Bulldogs, Spirit West Services, enabling students from English language schools to participate in cricket and football programs. Targeted schools in the western metropolitan area of Melbourne, undertaking three-week
