Responsible for the fund management of ILIM’s direct and indirect property funds on behalf of institutional and retail investors. ILIM is the largest investor in Irish property with a portfolio of over 140 prime properties. It invests directly in Irish commercial and PRS/BTR assets, and in European property through a separate account and a series of indirect funds.ILIM is Ireland's largest pension fund manager with over €100bn of AUM. It is part of the Great-West Lifeco group of companies. GWL is an international financial services company with $2.2 trillion in assets under administration, including $28bn of real estate.

Valley Healthcare is an Irish business dedicated to the development, investment and management of Primary Care Centres (PCC) in Ireland. In April 2023, it had a portfolio of 20 PCC's operating across Ireland. I was appointed as a Non Executive Director when the decision was taken by the Ireland Infrastructure Fund to dispose of the business. In April 2023, the c.€300m sale to John Laing completed and I stepped down from the Board.

Member of the NTMA executive with responsibility for originating and negotiating transactions for ISIF, Ireland's "sovereign development fund" which will invest >€8bn of state funds in Irish commercial investments across all asset classes in equity and debt instruments. I was responsible for market engagement and communication of ISIF’s strategy to the investment community, other government agencies, co-investors and fund managers. My role extended to transaction origination, negotiation, structuring, counterparty capital raising and management of a variety of investments across multiple asset classes.

Member of the NTMA executive with responsibility for the NPRF’s global real estate portfolio (indirect CRE funds €1.2bn and REITs €500m) and domestically focused private equity funds. My key responsibility was the management of 33 globally diversified real estate funds and representing the NPRF on 24 investor advisory boards. My role extended to investment due diligence, secondary sales, investment recommendations and corporate governance on real estate and private equity funds.
