-Conduct energy audits on multifamily and single family homes and collect data on site in order to identify opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. The opportunities include improving the thermal boundary (wall, attic and basement insulation/sealing), weatherization, lighting, heating/cooling system(s), and ancillary mechanical equipment of buildings- Translate data collected into an actionable work scope to be submitted to the Mass Save incentive programs-Serve as a first point of contact to communicate building science principals/funding sources/energy efficiency opportunities to home owners and property management groups

-Gather data/information, serve as a point of contact, and/or apply for utility-side incentive programs (Make Ready, Power Ready, etc.) and NYSERDA Charge Ready program for EV charging stations on behalf of clients-Generate site maps for EV charging station installation sites-Generate quotes and invoices for ongoing projects

- Investigate different biomaterials used as wall insulation products to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions of the building sector in NY- Calculate the embodied carbon and operational carbon of various biomaterial insulation products- Conduct net present value analysis on biomaterial insulation products to determine the economic viability of each product

- Provide administrative assistance for a pilot program involved with providing market-rate customers with energy efficiency ratings on their single-family homes- Reconcile invoices related to the pilot program- Perform various weekly administrative tasks (such as documenting pilot-participant files, contacting those involved with the pilot, etc.) related to the pilot program- Conduct research projects for members on the Single Family Residential team

- Assist the Market Training team in educating market participants on the energy marketplace- Developing a new Learning Management System containing e-learning modules, billing methods, etc.- Assist with the revision of Accounting & Billing Course (taught by the Market Training team) structure and content- Extensive exposure to the energy marketplace and how the electrical grid operates in New York

Consists of three job rotations1) Business Development: Identify and research prospective clients, and move them into the sales funnel2) Marketing: Conceptualize and execute a complete marketing campaign, which involves identifying a target audience, determining the message and designing marketing collateral such as email design and social media content3) Recruiting Research: Consists of mining resume databases and searching social media platforms for prospective candidates
