I have nine years of experience working in the automotive interior exterior plastics field. Out of my nine years a this job seven years have been in a leadership role. In the last three years i have supervised assembly, Injection inspection, and tool setting teams. My greatest skills are employee communications, reducing muda, building excel spread sheets, scheduling the production of product to meet the customers needs.
