I also managed the Teacher Training program that included the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) for the Institute which included the corporate sector. In addition I also managed the Institute's offshore and international teacher programs. I also managed the compliance requirements (AQF and AVETMISS) and coached and mentored trainers and casual teachers.
