The business unit also assisted employers to access government funding (where applicable) to help with training costs. The team of highly experienced trainers and assessors were specifically trained to take in the needs of the employer and candidates.

I pioneered the the delivery and assessment strategy for the Diploma of Business in China for the Institute, where I delivered the program in China to international students.During the same period, I was Program Coordinator for the Accounting programs (Certificate III to Advance Diploma). I also managed the Teacher Training program that included the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) for the Institute which included the corporate sector. In addition I also managed the Institute's offshore and international teacher programs. I also managed the compliance requirements (AQF and AVETMISS) and coached and mentored trainers and casual teachers.
