Acts as an advisor for an incoming class of over 9000 new UCLA first year and transfer students. Individually responsible for providing academic counseling and personal support for over 200 students during new student orientation. Uses Degree Audit Report to assess students, articulate coursework, and make enrollment recommendations. Conducts workshops and discussions about major requirements, enrollment, student services, and personal concerns.

Works closely with graduate students and Principal Investigator to oversee computer laboratory-based experiments.Provides consistent instruction to research participants, collects data, maintains records, collaborates with lab members in formulating projects.

Focuses on three main aspects of women's leadership- career development, physical and mental health, and activism to inspire and empower an organization of 90 young women.Planned, organized, and hosted annual Women's Leadership Conference of 130 attendees and 5 guest speakers. Managed event budget, partnered with UCLA organizations, directed and delegated to a planning committee, and created publicity opportunities to increase event attendance.Serves the community through weekly volunteering and supports UCLA by attending campus events.
