● Through networking, I was able to secure freelance contract HR projects withvarious companies throughout the valley within the HR, finance, andconstruction industries.● Compliance, leave administration, benefits administration, and trainingprogram building/delivery were my main focus.● Completed 6 full service project contracts, and one handbook andtraining material only compliance contract.

● Developed and implemented a new recruitment strategy that resulted ina 25% increase in the number of qualified candidates, and an 18%decrease in time-to-hire.● Developed and implemented a new training program after collaboratingwith department managers to identify key competencies and skillsneeded for each position. This program resulted in less employeeturnover.● Created a new employee handbook that fell within proper compliancefor each state and country the company hired and operated within.

● Assisted with merger between Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor (tobecome ANGI HomeServices) by completing training with each of thesister companies, then collaborating with team managers to reform theirteams with employees from each original company.● Collaborated with team managers and executive training staff todevelop all training material for existing and new team members, as wellas establish a new onboarding program used for all new hires movingforward.● Assisted with hiring needs post-merger by developing and implementinga new employee referral program, which resulted in a 10% increase inoverall employees and an 8% increase in successful hires.
