Brenna Atnikov has extensive experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives aimed at transforming systems in areas including: health and health equity, post-secondary education, local government, and community economic development. She is honoured to be a servant leader in partnerships and projects with Indigenous Peoples, centering Indigenous knowledge systems and leveraging Reos’ tools and approaches to dismantle colonial, institutional, and systemic barriers to well-being in First Nations communities in Canada, the United States, and Australia. Brenna is passionate about systems change evaluation and strategic learning—the application of practices that enable groups to think about their work, learn from it, and integrate learnings to accelerate change. Further, she completed a course titled Principles of Collective Trauma Healing and strives to bring a trauma-informed systems change perspective to her work. Brenna lives in the beautiful and unceded traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking and WSANEC people where she can be found on hiking trails, on her bike, or swimming in near-by lakes.
