At Reos Partners, we practice a rigorous set of methods that help people make progress on complex, stuck challenges. Our approach both opens and creates paths to crucial systemic transformations. Will we have enough leaders in time?As part of the program team of the Masters in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS), I helped shaping the conditions for students to learn how to navigate the intersection of complex sustainability challenges and the leadership that is needed to address them. At MSLS, I facilitated and designed learning spaces in the fields of: Leading in Complexity, Strategic Sustainable Development, Innovation for Sustainability, and Strategic Planning for Sustainability. MSLS is a 10-month transformational masters programme in Karlskrona, Sweden that focuses on advancing students' knowledge, skills, and global networks, in order to build their capacity to be strategic leaders in the co-creation of thriving, sustainable societies.

What is needed from a provincial government when addressing complex issues such as the Energy Transition?At the Provincie Drenthe, I explored new ways of collaboration between a government and its stakeholders in order to be more adaptive and resilient in dealing with complex challenges. As a response to this need in society, me and my colleagues initiated Drenthe in Transitie—a multi stakeholder dialogue underpinned by concepts such as transition management, sustainable behaviour, and creative storytelling.I served as process facilitator, policy maker, advisor, and innovator.
