Provided guests with the premiere service and interactions that they have come to expect with Disney.

I worked the FOH as a server. When scheduled to, I acted as FOH and BOH closer, as well as opener. My job was to make sure the customer had a great experience that made them want to return, which if I do say so myself: I did a great job of! I love being able to be a part of someone's enjoyment.

I worked the Meat service counter, basically getting people whatever they needed. (ground beef, steaks, kabobs, etc.) I also cooked the samples which was fun because I could pick anything I wanted to, so I liked to cook filets and sirloins for people to try. I also cleaned the cutting room.

I washed dishes and bussed tables for several months. Then I was moved to the salads and appetizers line, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I love to cook. Appetizers sometimes included prep work such as cutting bread for toast points, or taking the spinach dip and placing them in the boats (dishes) and then placing them in the cooler for use later.
