After fifteen wonderful years living and working in Chicago, my wife and I embarked on a 7-month travel sabbatical in search of a new place to call home. After visiting 37 cities in the USA, as well as spending a month in Australia and New Zealand, we decided to move to Greenville, South Carolina and have officially commenced our job search.

Managed the development and implementation of the annual operating/capital budgets and interim forecasts. Supported and worked directly with the management team in analysis and monitoring of financial forecast and key financial statistics.Partnered with Department Heads to analyze budget and forecast variables for conformance with conventional procedures.

Led day-to-day financial operations of 17 clients; overseeing billing, purchasing and accounts payable. Ensured compliance with all agency policies and client contracts (MSAs).Managed a team of 13 professionals across all financial disciplines. Reported directly to the SVP, North America Controller.

Managed the development and implementation of the annual operating/capital budgets and rolling forecast calendar.Consolidated North American P&L for CEO, CFO and Leo Burnett Worldwide (LBW) review.Prepared monthly Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for North American CFO and LBW review.Lapiz (Leo Burnett subsidiary) Finance Lead; focused on staff.

Consolidated all hiring requests from People and Culture (HR), partnering with FP&A Lead and North American CFO to obtain approvals to hire.Managed employee Resource Planning Tool to understand Agency utilization and department needs.Worked with Client Finance to accurately forecast entity revenue and client profitability.
