As the product manager for ReachLocal APAC’s SaaS lineup I am responsible for product development, market strategy and stakeholder management. The CSC (Campaign Solutions Consultant) is a key role within every ReachLocal Australia office.Acting as pre and post sales support, the CSC is the primary point of knowledge for their local sales teams. This ranges from having an expert level understanding of the ReachLocal proprietary systems, as well as the wider digital marketing landscape, to troubleshooting online campaigns and training their teams.This includes:• Pre/Post-sales support• Building, maintaining and optimising paid online advertising • Retention management (minimising client churn, and reporting)• Group training and one-on-one coaching to sales teams and management• Working to simplify complex technical matters for ease of understanding• Liaising with the IT team on local office requirements
