I am responsible for managing the provision of governance and assurance over the material control services to the ships undergoing the ASMD upgrade. This is achieved by managing the efforts of allocated security, safety, tag-out and permit control personnel.

Supervise and Manage Project delivery In this role, I supervise major operational projects. These include significant electrical construction operations and activities related to service improvement, as well as organizational development and team leadership development.I am also heavily involved in the production of safety protocols including Safe Work Method Statements, Job Safety/Hazard Analysis, Risk management utilising Zero Risk protocols

In this role, I carried out work associated with the installation and commissioning of Railway infrastructure associated with the Hope Downs 4 Rail enhancement project. This included electrical construction and commissioning.

In this role, I supervised major operational projects. These include significant electrical construction operations and activities related to service improvement, as well as organizational development and team leadership development.I was also heavily involved in the production of safety protocols including Safe Work Method Statements, Job Safety/Hazard Analysis, Risk management utilising Zero Risk protocols and current doctrine as provided by companies such as Rio Tinto, BHP and Bechtel. Projects worked on, and completed include:; Cliffs Natural Resources - Koolyanobbing J1 PIT supply and install Electrical Infrastructure Value $500k; Wandoo Housing Project Electrical Infrastructure Works Value $1m; Supply and Installation of Electrical Infrastructure works Birra Birra Camp A 400room expansion, Cape Lambert Value $1.5m

This work involved using project management and project tracking techniques for each project element and ensuring each project stays within the allocated budget. I estimated and coordinated multiple projects and operations simultaneously including preparing those estimates, cost projections, evaluating implementation of project phases and preparing Board reports for the CEO.
