Worked from concept to completion on adding, SmartThings, Netgear, Ring, and Arlo video cameras to the SmartThings ecosystem. Performed E2E testing from hardware to software on the SmartThings Cam.Provided continued maintenance for bug fixes and patch sets for the existing video platform. Designed and maintained strategic test plans in QTest for video cameras and other mobile application features. Performed monthly regression tests on the mobile application to verify the application quality between each release. Provided documentation on installation, usage, and first-level troubleshooting of processes to the support staff. Work closely with multiple teams across the country to add new and support existing cameras on the SmartThings system. Worked with the each department to improve the Android and iOS application reviews from 3.5 stars to 4.5+ stars. Investigate issues using SUMO logic, Android Studio and XCode to provide extra details on bug reports for cloud or mobile application bugs. Provided continuous testing and quality support for the SmartThings application. Assisted in the successful launch of the SmartThings V2 and V3 hub as well as bringing live streaming and video recording for the first time to the SmartThings platform. Collaborated with multiple teams from cloud to the mobile team to deliver an overhaul of the iOS and Android mobile app used by 82 million customers. Worked closely with developers and support team on camera training and addressing customer issues. Used JIRA to create well documented and detailed bug reports for numerus teams across SmartThings and Samsung.

Collaborated on a seven-member QA team in implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards and customer specifications. Create and execute manual test plans and test cases in Microsoft Excel to uncover, identify and document software problems and their causes. Led QA testing that helped in transforming Ford's member communications to include and emphasize mobile platforms. Members responded enthusiastically by doubling the number of clicks to view their account balances and special offers. Clicks to other recurring statement elements also dramatically increased. In addition, helped on Ford's first Online Enrollment and Virtual Member card site. Used SQL to create and modify test data for email and web applications. Helped in the launch of Enterprise Plus’s first-ever promotion. Less than one year after helping Enterprise launch its loyalty program known as Enterprise Plus, TLG created the first-ever Enterprise Plus rewards promotion called Plus Your Points. Act as a functional liaison during the development of the requirements; collaborate as necessary to define how the deliverables will need to be tested. Acted as the primary owner of product quality with high standards through final quality sign-off. Responsible for the quality of the product that is delivered to the client by ensuring the expertise of Quality Assurance is incorporated into all stages of the product life-cycle. Primary products include highly dynamic and personalized emails and promotion-focused websites. Worked on several projects at once from small projects lasting only a few weeks to large projects that lasted several months.

Joined a 1+ year established team to help complete a project and became a great member of the team.
