Prior to Silver Lake Park, I was the Vice President of Abeka, a leading provider of Christian education materials and a distance learning program, where I managed the sales, marketing, production, distribution, and strategic planning of their products and processes. This experience also provided oversight responsibility for non-profit and for-profit business segments. Before Abeka, I held various leadership positions at Belden Inc., a manufacturer of high-performance electronic cables and components, where I developed and implemented innovative solutions to improve safety, quality, service and cost.
