-Served as Business lead for the design and implementation for a multi-year strategic initiative to build the Common Securitization Platform(CSP), responsible for the issuance and administration of all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Single Family UMBS and Multi Class Structured Products.-Designed and implemented the reverse engineering of cash flow payment models function and processes for Multi Class Securities. -Hired and managed a team of financial modelers responsible for the creation and maintenance of payment models for 7,500 structured transactions with a UPB of ~$800B.

-Lead analyst of new group beginning coverage of Municipal products, including the building and testing of cash-flow models. -Helped lead establishment of processes for building and testing financial models used for production purposes.

-Design Intex based RMBS and Agency cash-flow models to support parameters outlined in the governing documents.-Performed stress testing on MBS cash flow models using different prepayment, interest rate, delinquency and default vectors.-Analyze cash-flows, prices and yields for new transactions.-Work with internal clients, including senior management, to communicate and resolve modeling and processing issues related to deal structure, parameters, and set-up with potential multifunctional implications.

- Reverse engineer structured transactions such as CMO, Grantor Trust, Senior Subordinated, and SMBS by interpreting the structured information disclosed in the prospectus supplements and term sheets submitted by Wall St. dealers.- Verify the structure was modeled properly by tying cash flows and bond yields to the prospectus supplements and external accountants. - Model structures to help validate monthly bond payments and provide tax reporting for Fannie Mae REMICs.- Work to develop and maintain expertise in modeling software application, also work closely with systems group to propose and test enhancements for the model.
