I am a Partner in Osborne Clarke's pensions team, and advise both employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law.I have a broad range of experience, including advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals, day-to-day benefit advisory work for employer and trustee clients, and advising on PPF eligibility issues and PPF compensation. I also advise on disputes in relation to pension schemes, including High Court negligence and rectification claims, member complaints, and Pensions Ombudsman claims. I have developed a particular interest in public sector pensions issues, including government outsourcings and the implications of Fair Deal. I am actively involved with the Association of Pension Lawyers, and sit on their Education and Seminars Committee.
