CurrentTurning data into strategic insights for financial success.• Responsible for the facilitation, administration and decision making of the companies $60m Corporate Service overhead budget. Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure personnel and SG&A is right sized for the business's operational demands. Responsible for making sure overall budget stays within key KPI metric. • Generate and present a monthly Executive Summary explaining all drivers and variance walks that deviated month end performance to the overall corporate Budget and Forecast. • Responsible for and oversee the creation and distribution of over 10 month end and quarter end system generated or custom build reports to finance directors and VPs across all areas of the business.• Creation of quarterly board reporting presentation publishing financial performance for all operational and holistic corporate performance compared to but budget and KPIs set.• Key point of contact for personnel capacity planning.• Integral component in major RFQ's RFPs, and Project Bids.• Generation of many adhoc analyses for all verticals and components of the business.
